Look at the edges of the downlight reflections on the bonnet: round and sharp, not smeared. That is what level, clean clear coat looks like.
Red has a reputation for fading, and it earns it: red pigment is among the most sensitive to UV, and Singapore gets a lot of it. The clear coat over the colour is what slows that down, so the job is keeping that clear coat clean, level and protected.
A ceramic coating adds a hard, UV-stable layer on top of the clear coat. Water beads off it instead of sitting and drying into spots, bird droppings and sap come off before they etch, and a weekly wash goes quicker because dirt has less to grip.
For a new or nearly new car, New-Car Protection is usually right: a full decontamination, a single-stage enhancement to lift out transit and dealer-wash marks, then Angelwax ceramic cured indoors. If the paint has already picked up swirls, Correction & Coat takes those out first, so they are not sealed in under the coating.
