How do you decide on pricing?
Service pricing depends on your car's size, paint condition and the coating tier you choose — so we quote you directly rather than hide behind a fixed menu. Product prices are listed plainly in our shop. There are no surprise add-ons: we agree the scope and the number of correction stages with you before any work starts.
What does the warranty and inspection cover?
Our Angelwax pro coatings carry a manufacturer-backed multi-year warranty when applied by an accredited installer and cured indoors — which is exactly how we work. The warranty includes a 12-month inspection where we check the coating, top it up if needed, and keep your protection in spec. Bring the car back at the 12-month mark to keep the warranty valid.
How long does a ceramic coating actually last?
It depends on the tier. Angelwax Solaris is rated around 3 years, while Enigma Genesis and Nebula graphene are rated up to 5 years when professionally applied and inspected. Real-world life depends on how the car is washed and stored — we cover this in your aftercare brief and back it with a multi-year warranty plus a 12-month inspection.
Why a ceramic coating instead of just a wax?
A wax sits on top of the paint and typically lasts weeks to a few months. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the clear coat, forming a hard, glossy layer that resists UV, acids, fallout and water-spotting for years. Wax is great for show-day shine; a coating is long-term protection. We do both — and we will tell you honestly which one suits your car and budget.
How long will my car be in the studio?
A maintenance detail is usually same-day. A new-car coating is typically 1–2 days including indoor cure. A full paint correction plus coating can run 2–3 days depending on the condition of the paint and the number of correction stages. We confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp before you drop off.
How do I look after the car after coating? Can I still wash it normally?
Yes, and washing actually gets easier. Wait about 7 days for the coating to fully cure, then wash with a pH-neutral shampoo using the two-bucket method — never a roadside high-pressure auto wash with harsh chemicals. We sell the exact Angelwax maintenance products we recommend, and a ceramic-safe shampoo plus a quick-detailer is all most owners need between visits.
Is window tinting legal in Singapore?
Yes, within LTA limits. The front windscreen and front side windows must meet the minimum Visual Light Transmission (VLT) rules, so we fit LTA-compliant film up front and can go darker on the rear where permitted. Our tint also blocks heat and UV, which matters far more than colour in Singapore's climate. We will advise the legal, sensible spec for your car.
Do you coat motorbikes?
Yes. We apply Angelwax ceramic protection to motorbikes from $250, guarding paint and finishes against UV, weather and fallout with a slick, easy-clean shell. Message us your bike and we'll confirm the right product and price.
Do you sell the products you use on my car?
Yes — and that's the point of Thirty3. The same genuine Angelwax (British) chemistry we apply in the studio is on our shelf and in our online shop at fair SGD prices, alongside a curated range of Spashan (Japanese) products. We are the authorized distributor for Angelwax, Spashan and Korrek in Singapore & Southeast Asia, so everything is sourced direct — you can buy the exact shampoo, quick-detailer or wax we recommend for your coated car.
Can I get products delivered, or do I collect from the studio?
Both. You can reserve any product on WhatsApp and self-collect from our studio at 51 Ubi Ave 1, #03-22, or we can arrange delivery within Singapore. For now, orders are confirmed over WhatsApp; online cart checkout is coming in a later update.
